Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy or counselling is a form of treatment that take place through purposeful conversation. Through dialogue, you will explore the hidden layers of your experience, come to understand yourself more deeply, and begin to heal the parts of you overwhelmed by stress, emotional struggle, or inner conflict.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one process, typically lasting about 50 minutes per session. Before we begin, I will invite you to fill out a brief personal information form and sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that everything we discuss remains private and protected.

During our sessions, you will experience a conversation different from everyday talk. It is a dialogue with meaning and depth, growing from the trust gradually built between you and me. 

To you, the therapist may begin as a “stranger”,  yet also someone you can trust, someone who listens with care. Within this relationship, you are invited to speak freely, to rediscover your inner voice, and to gently move toward who you have always been, and who you are still becoming.

 

個人心理治療

心理治療/輔導是一種透過「對談」進行的治療方式。藉由言語的交流,我們得以理解、整理與修復那些因困擾、壓力或情緒而受影響的心靈狀態。

個人心理治療/輔導以一對一、面對面的形式進行,每節約 50 分鐘。在正式開始前,我會邀請你填寫一份簡單的個人資料並簽署保密協議,確保所有談話內容都受到保護。

在治療過程中,你將體驗一種不同於日常交談的「對話」。這是一場帶有療癒意義的交流,核心來自你與治療師之間逐步建立的信任關係。

對你而言,治療師或許是一位「陌生人」,但同時也是能被你信任、並願意用心傾聽你的人。在這份關係裡,你可以安心地表達內心的真實感受,重新發現自己,並在探索與成長的過程中,靠近那個更完整、更真實的自己。
